Winner of Pocket Gamer’s Android Game of the Year for 2011, Reckless Racing is full of roaring engines, squealing tires, and amazing graphics. Ya know you want it!

No doubt about it… Reckless Racing will have you hearkening back to the classic, arcade games of the past like Off Road and RC Pro Am Racing.

From the first chords plucked on the banjo to the characters you get to choose from, this game oozes hillbilly charm. You can choose the car and character you would like to race: From Cletus in his jeep to Granny in her monster truck, pick the best one to help you navigate the chaotic twists and turns in each course. Using a wide variety of course layouts and locations, you could find yourself doing anything from bogging through muddy pits to navigating a frozen lake.

You can also choose from two driving modes–beginners and advanced players–and three game types to keep gameplay exciting. Players can race in a straightforward Dirt Rally, run time trials with ghost cars in Hot Lap, and race against the clock on a custom map in a pick-up-and-deliver Delivery game.

If you find yourself frustrated with your steering in Standard Mode, don’t worry, there are a generous amount of control layouts available. You can choose Tilt Mode and steer by tilting your device back and forth. Or if you are more used to steering with a wheel, there is Half Wheel and Full Wheel modes. With both wheel types you simply touch and drag the screen to steer. This attention to detail is just one of the features that make this game so enjoyable.
